Upscale Allston grocery shuts; location would be ideal for a bro bar

Kyle MacDonald reports Bee's Knees Supply Company, 1314 Commonwealth Ave., has closed, its windows now covered with paper.

Boston Restaurant Talk reports the Fort Point Bee's Knees may be closing as well.

The Allston location opened in 2015, replacing Joshua Tree, which replaced Barley Hall, which replaced Joshua Tree.
